We have developed strong relationships with power and alternative energy focused private equity firms, venture capital firms, mezzanine funds, senior debt providers, insurance companies, corporate strategic investors and corporate tax equity providers. We assist our clients with seeking the lowest cost and most efficient capital and structuring financings for a wide range of purposes.
TRANSACTION ADVISORY
Our transaction advisory services comprise due diligence, business process and valuation.
Sell-Side Advisory
We spend significant time with our clients understanding their overall objectives and undertake an extensive due diligence process of the company or asset being sold and the participating industry. We then prepare a confidential information memorandum detailing the company or asset, the transaction, key investment considerations and a financial overview.
Buy-Side Advisory
We work closely with management to understand and analyze the strategic goals of a potential transaction and to develop an optimal target profile. Due diligence involves gathering company and industry information with which we combine our industry knowledge in order to identify attractive targets. We will approach prospective targets and also assist in negotiating key terms and conditions of the purchase. We can also assist with arranging financing to fund the transaction.
