Jeff Clyde, Managing Director
Jeff is a co-founder and Managing Director of Pario Capital. He possesses both operating and corporate finance experience. Jeff served as CFO of a development stage industrial technology company providing non-destructive diagnostic evaluations of critical utility infrastructure assets. The company was awarded service contracts from several major North American electric utilities. Previously, Jeff was an energy and power investment banker responsible for providing strategic advisory and capital raising services. He was involved with over 25 strategic advisory assignments encompassing both buyside and sellside M&A transactions, restructurings, bankruptcies and LBOs for major North American and European energy and power corporations. Additionally, Jeff was involved in all aspects of capital raising transactions aggregating over $10 billion of debt and equity financings. Prior to becoming an investment banker, Jeff gained significant project management experience in the telecommunications industry at the advent of industry deregulation. His investment banking experience includes positions at Goldman Sachs, Salomon Brothers, Kidder Peabody and Merrill Lynch.
Jeff earned a B.A. in Economics from Yale University, and an M.B.A. from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA.
